Galaxy Macau™ Opening Events
The Quest
The World-class Luxury Integrated Resorts, Galaxy Macau™ , is one of the major destinations in Macau featuring 10 hotels (as of 2026) in one mega property, providing top-notch hospitality and entertainment services since 2011.
The Grand Opening event on May 15, 2011, and Phase 2 Opening on May 27, 2015 were two mega launches anchoring the milestones of GEG and its development and contributions in Macau. We were invited to take care of the guest invitation and RSVP service, supporting the hospitality and event protocol execution, and on-day guest relations and reception services.
Solution
During both 2011 and 2015 Opening Events, we have dedicated a team of 40 hospitality and public relations expertise in the project, offering a comprehensive all-around service. Our job is to work side by side with the Client on drafting the guest list, sending invitations to different individuals under protocol and follow-up on their arrival itinerary, activities and hospitality requirements on event day.
Happening
The opening events in Phase 1 and Phase 2 were exclusively luxurious, inviting over 1000 guests from all over the world to participate and celebrate the success of GEG.
The full-on event kick-off from door open to red carpet, officiating ceremony to gala dinner. Apart from guest invitation, we have also exquisitely planned and arranged the table and seating plan for the officiating ceremony and gala dinner.
Achievement
The Grand Opening in 2011 and Phase 2 expansion in 2015 were both held in great success, giving a seamless and to the point service from the ceremony during the day to the after party hitting midnight.
