Deborah Vong, with more than 30 years of experience in marketing and public relations, is the pioneer figure in Macau, shaping and leading the industry since the 1990s. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Canada, she returned to Macau and began her career at a design house, where she found Roy Kau and together they founded Global Communications with a mission - creating meaningful connections through their passion and expertise.

Renowned for her strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail, Deborah leads teams to deliver seamless and high-impact events, transforming concepts into inspirational experiences. Beyond her role as an industry leader, she engaged in the local community, taking multiple roles in various organisations and associations. A committed philanthropist herself, she has been actively involved in major charities in town, from Tung Sin Tong (同善堂) to Macau Community Chest (公益金).

With more than two decades of experience in the creative and design industry, Roy co-founded Global Communications and serves as the agency's driving creative force. As a visual artist, he has built his career and the agency with a focus on aesthetics, and his passion on imagery and storytelling. Roy oversees all creative concepts and design development within the agency, bringing versatile and efficient solutions to clients. As the cornerstone of the business, he works closely with Deborah to grow the agency’s presence in Macau and lay solid foundations for future expansion. An adventurer at heart, Roy is now actively developing opportunities in Southeast Asia, leading the agency into its next chapter in the world.

A veteran in corporate communications and public affairs, Catherine is a Macau–raised professional with extensive experience in media and guest invitation, official protocol planning, and public event risk management across both government and commercial sectors.

Setting her foundation from Bachelor of Communication in English and Master of Hospitality Management, she rode the wave of Macau’s pivotal economic growth in the 2000s. Catherine was part of the opening team for The Venetian Macao and Four Seasons Hotel Macao, serving the city’s first and biggest integrated resort. She further honed her expertise at Galaxy Entertainment Group for over 12 years, contributing to the successful launches of another mega resort, Galaxy Macau™ Phases 1 and 2.

Known for her diligence and professionalism, Catherine also brings warmth and energy to the workplace, her passion for food and travel—makes her a joy in the office and a trusted partner to colleagues and clients alike.

A seasoned hospitality and marketing strategist, Mandi has extensive and solid experience in launching new concepts, driving business development and brand positioning across Hong Kong, Macau and China. 

Being a double major undergraduate in Comparative Literature and Music at The University of Hong Kong, a career in marketing and public relations was never her plan. Her first landing in hospitality was with Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, prior to that she has been with ABN AMRO and Habitat for Humanity. Her career highlights in Macau include opening landmark projects such as Galaxy Macau™ Phases 1 and 2, CHINA ROUGE, Dean & DeLuca and Cafe de Paris Monte-Carlo. 

With acute business acumen and a holistic approach to marketing and PR, Mandi stood out from both client and agency’s side. She is currently active across both Hong Kong and Macau, contributing to a wide range of collaborations spanning F&B, entertainment, retail and corporate sectors.
