The 18th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention (WCEC 2025)
The Quest
The World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention (WCEC) is a prestigious biennial, apolitical forum dedicated to fostering global economic cooperation among Chinese business communities. The 18th WCEC was held in Macao from 2–4 November 2025, and we are appointed to deliver a comprehensive scope of work, including partial event and show production, alongside dedicated guest relations, arrival meet-and-greet services, and the management of complex table and seating arrangements.
Solution
We deployed a team of 30 specialists to support the event through 12 months of rigorous preparation, serving over 1500 man-hours in total. Collaborate with the best team in Macau, we have meticulously planned and orchestrated the event despite foreseeable logistics challenges, ensuring a seamless execution and world-class experience for all the delegates and VIPs.
Happening
For the Day 1 Opening Dinner, our team mastered complex arrival of over 3000 delegates, managing meet-and-greets, reception flow, and escorted seating. Following hospitality support for the Day 2 Parallel Forums, we continue to support the finale Closing Dinner on Day 3 with a massive 3,000-guest seating plan and onsite escort services.
Achievement
In collaboration with our partners in town, we have once again successfully delivered another high-profile event, seamlessly managing a massive surge of international guests despite a crowded city-wide event calendar. The feedback from both global attendees and the organizer, WCEC, has been exceptionally rewarding.
